Chester Jr and Jacqueline V. Chester (Cindy) of Yuma; his significant other Shirley Stanley of Cambridge; his sisters, Barbara Robinson of New Castle, DE, Sarah E. Foster of Cambridge and Sandra Jonjo (Fred) of Baltimore; his granddaughters, Brittany Cooper (Chandra), Graciela Doyle-Chester (Chandra), Ashley Keys (Crystal) and Mira Brummell (Lavita); and his great grandchild Vonna Sky Grant (Ashley). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
