She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond H. Herwig; her stepsons, Raymond H. Herwig Jr. (Christy) and Craig Herwig; and her siblings, Florance DeCampo and Eleanore Barzyk.

She is survived by: her sons, Edwin P. Hanson (Joan) and Gary S. Herwig (Patricia); and her stepchildren, Jeffrey C. Herwig (Michele) and Diane Greer. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
