Mandy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her cousin Randy Zimmerman; and her grandparents, Clarence Walls, Joe Seymer, Jim Dougherty and Joyce Martinez.
She is survived by: her father Jim Dougherty; her siblings, Michelle Tiller and Elijah Tiller; her grandmothers, Ann Liphart, Virginia Meggins and Florence Dougherty; her fiancé Joe Gayleard; and her godparents, Jeanne Harris and George Miller. She is also survived by One niece and four nephews, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
