He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Ann Burns; his mother Marie Davenport; and his siblings, Frankie and Jenny. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Jakubowski (Linda), Brian Jakubowski (Dawn), Theresa Steck (Walter), Melissa Bush (James) and Tina Bledsoe (Chad); and his siblings, Vince, Nita and Veronica. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
