He was predeceased by: his spouse Jacquelin Howard Berry; his mother Helen Berry; his son Mark; and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his son Curtis (Kate); his grandchildren, Lauren, Kristin and Kalyn; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Ethan, Natalie and Logan; and his half-brother Dennis.
