He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Woodhams. He is survived by: his mother Anne Woodhams; his wife Monica "Nicki" Woodhams of Rohrersville; his children, Cassandra Spangler, Katrina Woodhams, Caroline Mazzocchi, Keith Woodhams, Jr. and Cory Woodhams; and his grandsons, Benny Sigler, Jr., Parker Woodhams, Alex-Zander Spangler, Liam Mazzocchi and Radley Woodhams. He is also survived by six sisters and one brother.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Keith's name to the Mental Health Association of Frederick County.
