She was predeceased by: her husband Donald O'Neal, Sr.; her parents, Ira Wheeler and Oneida Susan Haupt (Reeder); her siblings, Shirley Haupt, Donald Haupt and Ira Haupt, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Tammy O'Neal.
She is survived by: her children, Donald L. O'Neal, Jr. (Holly), Samuel E. O'Neal, Rebecca A. Barnhart (Donald) and Kimberly M. Chaney (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Amanda Castle (Justin), Stephanie Carter, Ashley Shoemaker (Ernie), Dalton O'Neal (Lauren), Kaci O'Neal, Brooke O'Neal and Donald O'Neal, III (Cortney Smith); her great grandchildren, JJ, Grace, Olivia, Faith, Colt, Rylee, Robert, Nova and Enzo; her siblings, Juanita Haupt and Wayne Haupt (Pam); and her pets, Moe, Remi and Princess.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home (7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
