He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alden and Helen Lee Swartz Darner; and his brothers, Kenneth A. Darner and Ronnie Darner. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Darner; his daughter Barbara Lynn Daugherty (Sanford) of Jackson, MI; his grandchildren, Nicole Rogers (Andrew Johnson), Angela Rogers and Brian Rogers (Kerry); and his great grandchild Sydney.
