He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Marshall Seiss and Carmen Larue Hann Seiss. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Seiss; his daughters, Cathy Little, Sherry Topper (Mark), Vicky Troxell (Eric) and Tammy Ferrell (Ryan); his grandchildren, Steven Little, Courtney Topper, Melanie Forrester (Blake), Payton Troxell, Kelsey Troxell, Garret Troxell, Mason Ferrell and Layne Ferrell; his great grandchild Kiley Little; and his siblings, Glenn Seiss, Betty Seiss, Ruth Stull, Anna Cooper and Louise Carter. He is also survived by his family and friends.
