He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Blackman and Bertie Catoe Blackman. He is survived by: his wife Susan Blackman; his stepchildren, Katie and Chris Gay; and his stepgrandchildren, Dayzie and Hollie Malone.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DeVol Funeral Home - Maryland (10 E Deer Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20877). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
