He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Olds and Louis Zaccardo; his sister Diane Martin; and his niece Allison Martin. He is survived by: his husband David Kwiatkowski; and his sister Catherine Zaccardo. He is also survived by two nieces, two nephews, two stepsons, a stepdaughter, and three cherished grandchildren.
