He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Stein; and his parents, David Stein and Rea Stein. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Kukielka and David Stein (Stacey); his grandchildren, Andrea Riddle (Joseph), Stephanie Thorne (Eric), Megan Duffy (Tim), Rabbi Jordan "Yaakov" Stein (Chaya) and Nicole Stein (Anthony Mason); and his great grandchildren, Emily and Lucas Duffy.
