He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Arturo Padilla and Maria Carolina Vidaurre. He is survived by: his wife Adela Maria Pineda; his children, Gustavo Padilla (Maria Eleonora), Mina Kushner (Cliff), Miguel Padilla (Hannah), Jaime Padilla and Adelita Nelson; his siblings, Maria Hottel "Cuca", Luisa Virginia "Vicky", Irma Liliana "Jani" and Carlo Alberto Donati; his sons, Juan "Tito" Padilla and Pablo Padilla; and his siblings, Carlos Padilla, Oscar Padilla, Jorge "Chiqui" Padilla and Carolina. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Raphael's Catholic Church (1513 Dunster Rd, Rockville, MD 20854). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
