Ralph Humke Hofmeister Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ralph Humke Hofmeister (Rockville, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph O. Hofmeister and Ruth M. Hofmeister; his sister Jeanne; and his brother-in-law Gordon Gale. He is survived by: his wife Janet (Obetz); his children, Kathryn Watt (Robert Sprague), Christine (Edward Lotto), Gretchen (David Alberg) and Tad (Misa Sugiura); his grandchildren, Christopher, Sarah Watt, William Lotto, Samuel, Eleanor Alberg, Tai and Kenzo Hofmeister; and his brothers, Robert (Phyllis) and William (Norma). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
