He is survived by: his wife Katherine B. Driscoll; and his children, John N. Driscoll, Margaret Fitzgerald and Laura Kane.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Raphael Catholic Church (1513 Dunster Rd, Rockville, MD 20854). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
