Mary Carol Sheahen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Carol Sheahen (Rockville, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Mary Carol farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mary Carol is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her former husband Tom Sheahen; her children, Laura, Allan and Andy Sheahen; and her daughters-in-law, Lori and Alison Sheahen. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Raphael's Catholic Church (1513 Dunster Rd, Rockville, MD 20854). A reception was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the St. Raphael's Church (1513 Dunster Rd, Rockville, MD 20854).
