He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Osborne and Maxine Osborne of Kingsport, TN; and his siblings, Jack Osborne, Beth Goff, Peggy McGlothlin and Mary Edith Dillard.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Osborne; his children, Eric (Cheryl Osborne), Gary Osborne, Dale (Laura Osborne) and Dawn (Tripp Welch); and his grandchildren, Chad (Brittany Osborne), Hollie (Zach Terhune), Cole (Dana Osborne), Chase Osborne, Ashley Osborne, Gage Osborne, Tommy Welch, Molly Welch and Abby Welch.
