Joachim J. Baer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Joachim J. Baer of Rockville, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As Joachim departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Joachim. Though Joachim may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth Baer; his children, David Baer (Carolyn), Miriam Wolman (Ralph) and Judy Bender (Stuart); his sister Ruth Kra; and his grandchildren, Alicia Wolman, Rachel Wolman, Jonathan Bender and Steven Bender.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Judean Memorial Gardens Chapel (16225 Batchellors Forest Rd, Olney, MD 20832). A reception was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Residence of Elizabeth Baer Starting.
