She was predeceased by: her parents, Lamar Spivey and Louise Spivey; and her brother William A. Spivey of Charleston. She is survived by: her children, Jody L. Smith (Arthur Smith) of Ijamsville, Maryland, Mark H. Orrell of Rockville, Maryland, Alison S. Conway and Sunny of Wilson; her grandchildren, Arthur Smith, Jr. of Louisville, Kentucky, Christian Smith of Denver, Colorado, Alex Conway (Brittney Ackley) of Wilson, William J. Conway (Harriet C. Harris) of Ijamsville, Maryland and Madeleine B. Tison-Orrell of Rockville, Maryland.; and her great grandchild Camden M. Conway of Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Collins Funeral Home (500 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
