He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Mulligan and Dolores M. Mulligan. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia Mulligan (Howard Kadis), Stephanie Mulligan (Laura Mulligan), Terence Mulligan (Martha Sanchez-Lowery), Kevin Mulligan, Jennifer Cottrell (Peter Cottrell) and Regina Knudson (Brian Knudson); and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Richards, Ceilidh Knudson and Miles Folksman. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
