He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Fultz and Gracie Lewis Fultz; and his siblings, Phyllis Gibson, Louis Fultz Jr. and Larry Fultz.
He is survived by: his children, Tyler Fultz, Sarah Fultz, Timothy Fultz and Steven Fultz; his siblings, Nancey Oakes, Monasue Mills, Louise Tucker, George Fultz, Gracie Gawler, Renee Brown and Felicia Madden; and his wife Amanda Copp Fultz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
