He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shih; his daughters, Margaret Wong and Elizabeth Hwang Levenson; his sons-in-law, James Wong and Mark Levenson; his grandchildren, Catherine Wong, Carolyn Wong, Samuel Levenson and Lucy Levenson; and his brother Cheng. He is also survived by five siblings.
