With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Caroline Phelan Touchton (Rockville, Maryland), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Phelan and Alice Phelan; her husband Woodward Eicke; and her sister Margaret Ann Paschall. She is survived by: her children, Marcia Allen (Tony), Brian Touchton and Lynn Brukx (Bas); and her grandchildren, Kathryn (Dana), Steven, Drew, Kyle, Paige, Peter, Julia and Emily.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM.
