He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis and Geraldine W. Stevens Hill. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lynne Olsen Hill; and his sister Katherine Hedrick of Camden, DE. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Wesley Chapel Sunday School Fund at P.O. Box 626 Rock Hall, MD.
