Patricia A. Higgs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Higgs of Rock Hall, Maryland, born in Chestertown, Maryland, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Leon and Mary Susanna Kelley Glenn; her husband Charles Wesley Higgs; her children, Charles "Brown" Wesley Higgs, Jr. and Patricia Lynn Walsh; and her siblings, Kenneth M. Glenn, Loraine B. Heinefield, Lucille Stokes, Betty Glenn and Shirley Palmatory.
She is survived by: her son Donald "Donnie" Lee Perry, Jr. of Rock Hall, MD; her brother Ronnie L. Glenn of Rock Hall; her grandchildren, Sara, Bobby (Jessie) and Sheila (Jt); her great grandchildren, Dakota, Wyatt, Chloe, Ashlyn, Coalson, Britan, Chase, Kinsley and Taylor; and her friends, Becky Marshall and Carla Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Retinitis Pigmentoses Foundation at the Wilmer Clinic at John's Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
