He is survived by: his spouse Elke Melissa Colon; his son Daniel Rickman of Chestertown, MD; his stepchildren, Michelle Colon of Brooklyn Park, MD, Tonya Colon of Easton, MD, Joel Colon (Felicia) of Rock Hall, MD and James Colon (Gladys) of New York; and his sisters, Noma Rickman Cordell (Robert) of North Carolina, Jan K Rickman of North Carolina and Grethel J. Rickman of North Carolina.
