It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Capel of Rock Hall, Maryland, born in Chestertown, Maryland, who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Whaland Capel and Virginia Mae Capel (Carroll); and his daughter Malley Capel.
