He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Green and Gerald Green. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Green; his son Ira Green (Rachel); his brother Brian Green (Susan); his granddaughter Rena Green; his niece Helene Cuomo (Michael); and his nephew Dr. Ross Green (Heather).
