He is survived by: his children, Glenda Walker (Russell L. Walker Jr.) of East Berlin, PA, Daniel B. Albaugh (Linda Wetzel) of Union Bridge and William L. Albaugh of Chestertown. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
