He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Tucker and Margaret Ella Burgess Tucker; and his wife Betty K. Tucker. He is survived by: his daughters, Gale Tucker (Peter Newlin) of Chestertown, MD and Julie Langenfelder (Chuck) of Worton, MD; and his granddaughter Julia Kimble Ramsey (Christopher).
