She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Gohn and Ruth Gohn; her husband John McGowan Jr.; her brother Donald Gohn; and her sons, Patrick and John McGowan III.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Swenson, Sue Rable (Phil) and Donna Baciocco (Andy). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
