He was predeceased by: his children, Patricia Mylander (Paul), Maureen Gaffney (Theodore White), Janet Berard (James), Michael Gaffney (Melissa), Nancy Domchick (Harold), Maryanne Hossick (John) and Eileen Gaffney; and his parents, Bertha Gaffney and Joseph Gaffney.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Marie Gaffney. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
