He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Stephens, and Tom Stephens, Sr.; his former wife Margaret Stephens; his children, Glenn Stephens and Debbie Stephens; and his grandson T. J. McMillan.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Stephens; and his children, Wanda Maturo (Mike), Amy Bauguess McMillan (Jamie) and Ron Bauguess (Traci). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
