He is survived by: his parents, Jamie McMillan and Amy McMillan; his siblings, Austin McMillan and Eden; his niece Everly Barton; his nephew Liam Barton; his grandparents, Susan, Margaret McMillan and Robin; his uncles, Adam McMillan, Jennifer McMillan, Ron Bauguess and Tracy Bauguess; and his aunt Wanda.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to "Conowingo Baptist Church" which will be designated towards building the Thomas McMillan Outreach Center.
