Bell; his sister-in-law Shelby Bell; and his nieces, Mabel Bell and Eleanor Bell.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM and on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the R. T. Foard Funeral Home (111 S Queen St, Rising Sun, MD 21911). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at the Rosebank Cemetery.
