He was predeceased by: his parent Warren Howard Carter. He is survived by: his mother Helen Carter; his wife Catherine Carter; his children, Matt Carter (Erin) and Alison Carter-Lazalde (Logan); and his grandchildren, Keely, Hattie and Rowan.
