She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Gawinski and Julia Gawinski (Plajstek); and her husband Robert D. Kennard. She is survived by: her children, Laura A. Sadowski (Frank) of Portland, OR, Stephen D. Kennard (Mary) of Elkton, MD, Jeffrey S. Kennard (Ruth) of Rising Sun, MD and Thomas A. Kennard (Virginia) of Snohomish, WA.; her grandchildren, Keith Sadowski, Alison Sadowski, Craig Sadowski, Rachel DeMaio (Kennard), Emily Stinson (Kennard), Meghan Kennard, Jeffrey Kennard Jr., Jacque Richards (Kennard), Tyler Kennard and Colin Kennard; and her siblings, William Gawinski of Newark, DE and Ann McGuiness of Glen Mills, PA.. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
