He was predeceased by: his parent Richard Howard Campbell, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Ann Campbell; his children, Benjamin Campbell and Kaylin Campbell; his brother Richard H. Campbell, Jr.; his wife Joy Burress Campbell; his friends, Roger Lamb and Rhonda Lamb; and also Eddie Inman.
