He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander McGonigle and Anna McGonigle (Kennedy). He is survived by: his children, Terence (Sandy) of Baltimore, MD, Michael (Alice) of Stewartstown, PA, John D. (Melanie) of Rising Sun, MD, Patrick of Arizona, Christopher (Lisa) of Rising Sun, MD, Kathleen Beck (Martin) of New Jersey and Mary Miller (Kevin) of Rising Sun, MD; and his spouse Rosemarie DeLuca McGonigle. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and 1 great- great grandson.
