With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Vivian (Ritz) Ryan (Rising Sun, Maryland), who passed away on March 2, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond M. Ritz and Caroline E. Ritz; her husband Herbert E. Ryan, Jr.; her granddaughter Deborah Jean Ryan; and her brothers, Robert Ritz and Gerald Ritz.
She is survived by: her children, John M. Ryan (Constance) of Colora, MD, James A. Ryan (Christine) of Nottingham, PA and Judith R. Donnelley (Stephen) of West Grove, PA.; and her grandsons, Matthew Ryan, Daniel Ryan, Nathan Ryan, Joshua Ryan, Seth Donnelley and William Donnelley. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid pandemic, burial will be at the convenience of the family.
