He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Heath Price and Nannie "Pauline" Price (Snyder); and his daughter Grace Ann Cathers. He is survived by: his wife Mildred R. Price; his son Charles R. Price, Jr.; his wife Sue; his daughter Deborah Lowe; his grandchildren, Jennifer Strohecker (Jeremy), Christine Price, Stephanie Price, Jordan Lowe, Austin Lowe, Robert Cathers and William Cathers; his great grandchildren, Taylor Strohecker and Colton Strohecker; his son-in-law Buddy Cathers; and also Nashville.
