He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mayberry and Lucille Mayberry. He is survived by: his significant other Gail Mayberry; and his grandchildren, Sarah Mayberry, Lynn Mayberry and Brianne Lawry (Todd). He is also survived by his three daughters.
