He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald, Sr. Sheets and Anita Shott Sheets. He is survived by: his wife Florence Gott; his children, Jerry Joseph Gott (SueAnn) of Sudlersville, MD, John Anthony Gott of Clayton, DE and Julie Ann Coleman (Brad) of Denton, MD; his sister Colette Loetz of Stevensville, MD; and his grandchildren, Thomas Preston Coleman, Jayden Joseph Gott and Savannah Kaye Gott.
