It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Leroy Elburn of Ridgely, Maryland, born in Chestertown, Maryland, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Earl Elburn, Sr. and Clara Mae Joiner Elburn; and his sisters, Clara Purnell of Virginia and Sylvia Clark. He is survived by: his wife Charlene B. Elburn of Ridgely; and his siblings, Alice Ann Hart of Felton, DE, Helen Ruth Gray of Felton, DE, Carolyn Faye Myers of Preston, MD and Sam Earl Elburn, Jr. of Preston.
