He is survived by: his wife Carol Edwards Taylor; his son Robert Taylor of New Jersey; his stepdaughter Donna Blockston Coscia (Mike) of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Jena and Brady Coscia; and his brother-in-law Laurence Edwards.
