She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carville and Betty Jean Tolson (Legg); and her daughter Erin. She is survived by: her husband Charles Henry Alder Jr.; her children, Stacy, Katie, Lindsay and Stephen; her sons-in-law, Chris Walstrum and Ashley Whitehead; and her grandchildren, Alex, Riley, Owen Walstrum, Aaron Dadds and Ezekiel Alder.
The family asks that donations on Cathy's behalf be made to the Mid-Shore Challengers and the Wounded Warrior Project, in lieu of sending flowers.
