He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Bernard and Ruby Kendrick Clements; his wife Laura Ridgeway Clements; his sisters, Esther Rita Davis of San Marcos, CA and Thelma Koelsch of Newnan, GA; his daughter Paulette Eileen Barber of Minneapolis, MN; and his grandson Luke Kendrick Barber of Warsaw, VA.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Marie Oakley (Bob) of Port Republic, MD; and his siblings, Anne Bustillos (Luis) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Alice Baker of Laurel, MD and Albert Clements (Barbara) of Leonardtown, MD.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
