He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Norris and Evelyn Norris of Ridge, MD.; and his siblings, Sonny Norris, Marion Foote and Cathy Foote.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Norris; his brother Joseph Norris; his stepdaughter Ruth Canan; and his children, Jamie Norris (Renee), Kimberly Grey (Zach) and Kristin Turner (Chris). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
