He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Raley and Thelma H. Raley; and his brother Mark Raley. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Raley; his children, Denise (Stephen) of Leonardtown and David Jr. (D. J.); his granddaughter Amanda Shields of Leonardtown; his great grandchild Erik Schramm of Leonardtown; and his siblings, Diane Milgrim of Leonardtown, Elaine Raley Jessen (Andy) of St. Augustine, Florida and John C. Raley of Leonardtown. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
