He was predeceased by: his son Howard Bradshaw, Jr.; and his parents, Jackson Bradshaw and Bertha Bradshaw. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Bradshaw; his daughter Barbara Dayton (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Sherry Bradshaw; his grandchildren, Jodi Garvin (Joey), Allison Quattrucci (Michael), Brianna Bradshaw and Daniel Bradshaw; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson Davis, Cash Garvin, Olivia Quattrucci and Jagger Garvin.
